Philosophy

PEC is adopting following philosophy for rendering consultancy services to its clients.

a) Appropriate and State-of-the-art technology

PEC’s core of engineers are fully equipped to analyze various alternatives for establishing a power utility and advice investors on the optimum plant capacity, choice of fuel, selection of plant location and factors having bearing on the cost of power generation.

b) Integrated Services

PEC is having its own in-house expertiseand facility to advise the customers/investors on all aspects of project management from concept to commissioning and thereafter techno-economical operation as Owners Engineer.

PEC also undertakes Construction & Maintenance of Transmission, Sub-Transmission and distribution system and consumer related activities like replacement of energy meters, installation of new meters, change of distribution service lines, determining technical losses in distribution transformers, distribution feeders etc.

PEC undertakes Due Diligence work of projects as well suiting to the requirement of the Equity Partner or Financial Partner / Financial Institution.

The company is rendering services on following:

  • PEC carries out preparation of tender documents for EPC contracts as well as for item/individual work or a particular equipment and construction activities.
  • Making Feasibility Reports for Projects
  • Carrying out/Conducting Site Survey.
  • Suggesting appropriate technology suitable to site conditions.
  • Making Detailed Project Report.
  • Liaisoning with Government agencies as far as possible for clearance of the project
  • Managing tie-ups with reputed technology developers for transfer of technology.
  • Design and complete engineering of the power generating plants, including coal based, bio-mass, co-generation, hydro and wind power projects, transmission & distribution system and EHV substations for evacuation power from such projects.
  • Project Management Consultancy(PMC)services in project implementation from commencement to successful trial run and its handing over.
  • Services as required for Owners Engineers.
  • Materials Management including Inspections & expediting deliveries from manufacturers/suppliers.
