  • The organization is led by a Director and supported by President and Vice Presidents. The day-to-day functions are looked after by an Administrative Officer, Senior Consultants and other supporting staff.
  • PEC’s hallmark asset is its teamwork.
  • All the Engineers of company are well qualified and have long experience in the field of power sector viz. generation, transmission, distribution, maintenance, compact line designing, up-rating of transmission lines, system studies and in particular Renewable Sources of Energy i.e. small hydro, wind energy, bio-mass and solar power. Most of the personnel are ex-engineers who had held key positions like Member (Technical), Executive Director and Chief Engineers etc. in State Owned Power Utilities, Transmission and Generation companies.
  • PEC personnel have presented papers at National & International Conferences from time to time on various aspect of power.
  • PEC is represented at Conseil International Des Grands Reseaux Electriques (CIGRE), world’s largest body of power utilities /manufacturers. The President of the company (i.e. PEC) is also Vice President of National Executive of Society of Power Engineers of India.
  • PEC Engineers had been on the panel of some committees constituted for standardization and preparation of Manuals by various power related organizations.
